1. What this covers
These terms apply to the Avlyia Sense waitlist and the experimental preview of Lierre, our AI habit coach. By participating, you agree to receive a notification when Avlyia Sense becomes available and to abide by our usage limits for the AI Sovereign Core.
2. What we collect
We collect your email address, timestamp, and anonymized AI conversation history (isolated by session ID). We also process high-level behavioral telemetry to power our neurocomputational habit models.
3. How we use it
Your data is used to notify you of the launch, to provide personalized AI habit insights via Lierre, and to develop the Behavioral Credit infrastructure. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
4. How we store it
Your email is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure located in Canada and the United States. It is retained until Avlyia Sense launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us at legal@avlyia.com. We will remove your address within 30 days of receiving your request. These rights are consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
6. Removal from the waitlist
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing legal@avlyia.com with the subject line "Remove me." We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
7. Experimental Nature & Warranty
Lierre and the Sovereign Core are in active beta. AI-generated insights are for experimental and motivational purposes only and should not be taken as medical or psychological advice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the final product or specific features.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9. Changes
If we update these terms in a material way before launch, we will notify waitlist members by email prior to the change taking effect.
